Also make sure that your e-mail address is correct and is not blocked in any way.
If you or your provider use a SPAM filter, make sure that our e-mail address as mentioned in the

If you do not receive the PDF or DJVU file within 48 hours, you cannot receive our e-mail due to
your SPAM filter. BE AWARE! In that case there is no way for us to contact you!
No refunds are given when we cannot deliver the PDF or DJVU file because:
- we did not receive a valid e-mail address
- the given e-mail address is blocked in any way
- our e-mail address and/or provider is blocked in any way
- there is insufficient free space in the mailbox of the given e-mail address
- Delivery as paper document or as PDF file on CD, or if you ordered a book
After receiving your payment through PayPal, we will send the item within a week to the address
that is registered in your PayPal account.
So, make sure that the address in your PayPal account is correct.
No refunds are given when, for any reason, the item is undeliverable.
